Attach compensated for the upper part of the frame that is the same size. Use 1 1/2 inch deck screws, spaced evenly. Cut each 4 by 4-inch post into two segments: a 3-foot section and a section of 5 feet. Use the bolts to secure the posts by 3 feet down inside corners of the working surface of the potting table. These are the front legs of the table. Use a bolt on the front and one on the side.
Fit the frame of the top shelf over the top of the uprights 5 feet so that the platform extends over the work surface. Use bolts to secure the upper bracket to the top of the poles. This action forms the rear part of the outdoor potting table, including the rear legs.
Fit the bottom plane, with frame and plywood, to fit the internal dimensions within messages from 3 feet and 5 feet. This shelf will be about 18 inches by 4 feet. Bolt the bottom shelf on the front and rear legs. Cut the lattice to fit the area behind the two rear seats of the outdoor potting table. Fix the post with 1-inch deck screws. Sand all surfaces except the lattice. Finish all surfaces of the potting table with three coats of exterior deck stain / varnish sealing.
